The Laurin & Klement variant is priced at ₹48.69 lakh ex-showroom whereas the Sportling is priced at ₹46.89 lakh ex-showroom. What are the engine specifications of the new Skoda Kodiaq?Powering the Kodiaq is a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine that produces 201 bhp and a peak torque of 320 Nm. This engine offers an increase of 14 bhp compared to the previous Kodiaq model. Power is distributed to all four wheels via a standard 4×4 system, and it features a seven-speed DCT automatic transmission. Furthermore, the manufacturer has indicated that the latest generation Kodiaq will achieve a fuel efficiency of 14.86 kmpl. What are the safety features of the new Skoda Kodiaq?The SUV is equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), which provide functionalities such as lane-keeping assistance and adaptive cruise control. It features as many as nine airbags, an Electronic Stability Program (ESP), hill hold control, and hill descent assist, all designed to enhance occupant safety and facilitate driving on diverse terrains. The Kodiaq is one of the best-selling models from Skoda across the globe. In India, it has been the flagship SUV from the company and competes strong in a rather tight segment. What are the features of the new Skoda Kodiaq?The SUV is now equipped with a range of cutting-edge features, such as a 13-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital display for the driver, and a heads-up display. The new Smart Dial configuration from Skoda, which includes three rotary knobs positioned beneath the infotainment screen, provides user-friendly control over different functions. Additional high-end features comprise wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 14-speaker Canton audio system, ambient lighting, power-adjustable front seats with heating and cooling options, a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging capabilities, and several USB Type-C ports. What are the dimensions of the new Skoda Kodiaq?This second-generation SUV measures 4,758 mm in length, an increase of 61 mm compared to its predecessor. Its width has been slightly decreased to 1,864 mm and its height now measures at 1,659 mm, while the wheelbase remains unchanged at 2,971 mm.
