JSW MG Motor India today launched the MG Windsor PRO, an upgraded version of its popular electric vehicle that aims to redefine business-class mobility with enhanced tech, safety, and convenience.
The new Windsor PRO comes equipped with a 52.9 kWh battery, offering a certified range of 449 km (MIDC), and delivers 136 PS power with 200 Nm torque. Alongside three new colours—Celadon Blue, Aurora Silver, and Glaze Red—the PRO version also introduces 18” dual-tone machined alloys and a refreshed two-tone Ivory-Black interior.
To support flexible EV ownership, JSW MG Motor India has expanded its Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) programme by onboarding IDFC First Bank and Kotak Mahindra Prime, adding to an existing network that includes Bajaj Finserv, Herofin Corp, Ecofy, and VidyutTech. Additionally, customers will benefit from a lifetime battery warranty for the first owner and a 3-60 buyback assurance, ensuring 60% value retention after 3 years.
Speaking on the occasion, Anurag Mehrotra, MD, JSW MG Motor India, said, “MG Windsor has been pivotal in expanding India’s EV landscape beyond metro cities. The PRO version builds on that success by offering more range, smarter tech, and stronger value—encouraging more consumers to embrace the EV revolution with confidence.”
The Windsor PRO’s standout feature set includes Level 2 ADAS with 12 safety functionalities such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Traffic Jam Assist, and Automatic Emergency Braking, among others. It also features Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) technologies, enabling users to power external devices or share charge with compatible EVs—highlighting MG’s commitment to practical innovation.
Inside, the PRO elevates comfort with 135° reclinable Aero Lounge seats, a panoramic Infinity View Glass Roof, and a futuristic 15.6 inch GRANDVIEW touchscreen powered by MG’s i-SMART ecosystem offering 80+ connected features and 100+ AI voice commands. A Powered Tailgate adds further convenience for everyday usability.
Built on MG’s Global Smart Electric Platform, the Windsor PRO combines function, form, and future-readiness—cementing its place as a frontrunner in India’s premium electric mobility space.
