Overview The 2026 Infiniti QX60 looks good, offers plenty of impressive features, and has an attractive starting price, but it doesn’t stack up favorably to the best luxury SUVs in this class. It shares its platform with the Nissan Pathfinder, and those Nissan roots show through a bit too much. A turbocharged four-cylinder provides 268 horsepower, which is merely adequate in moving the QX60 along. All models come relatively well-equipped, but higher-end trims are where you’ll find the most luxurious experience. Features such as a 20-speaker Klipsch stereo, semi-aniline leather upholstery, massaging front seats, open-pore wood trim, and a cabin air purifier are all exclusive to the top Autograph trim. Compared to rivals such as the Acura MDX and the Buick Enclave, the QX60 holds its own, but European options such as the Audi Q7 and the Volvo XC90 both offer more refinement. What’s New for 2026?The QX60 undergoes a light styling refresh this year to align it more with its big brother, the QX80. A revised grille design surrounds an illuminated Infiniti logo, while the lower front bumper has been reworked to give the SUV a lower and wider look than before. Exterior lighting elements have been revised, too. The Sensory trim has been jettisoned in favor of a new Sport model, which wears unique exterior styling, 20-inch gloss-black wheels, and special S badging. The rest of the lineup receives more standard equipment than last year’s QX60, including 20-inch wheels across the board. The top Autograph trim gains an updated approach lighting feature that illuminates the grille emblem and the daytime running lights upon sensing the key and activates projectors that broadcast the word Infiniti on the ground on either side of the SUV.Pricing and Which One to BuyThe price of the 2026 Infiniti QX60 is expected to start around $52,000 and go up to $68,000 depending on the trim and options.Pure$52,000 (est)Luxe$59,000 (est)Sport$61,000 (est)Autograph$68,000 (est)The Luxe trim is the model we’d suggest. It comes standard with premium features such as a 16-speaker Klipsch stereo system, heated and cooled front seats, heated second-row seats, adaptive cruise control, a power-adjustable steering column, remote start, and a 360-degree exterior camera system. Front-wheel drive is standard and will likely be fine for most buyers, but all-wheel drive is available as an option.Engine, Transmission, and Performance The QX60 is powered by a 268-hp turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and comes with a nine-speed automatic. All-wheel drive is optional, but on the QX60, front-wheel drive is standard. During our test drive of the QX60, we found the four-cylinder powertrain to be rather poky, but casual drivers will not find cause for complaint. The nine-speed automatic shifts to the highest gear possible and is reluctant to downshift when you need more power for passing or merging. The ride is stiffer than we expected for what otherwise is a comfy cruiser.0–60-MPH TimesIn our testing, a 2025 QX60 with the turbo four-cylinder engine needed 7.5 seconds to get to 60 mph. That’s slower than the Volvo XC90 B6 by 0.7 seconds.More on the QX60 SUVTowing and Payload Capacity The QX60 offers up to 6,000 pounds of towing capacity. That matches the maximum capacity of the Genesis GV80 but is less than what the BMW X5 and Mercedes-Benz GLE350 will tow.Fuel Economy and Real-World MPG The EPA hasn’t released any fuel economy information for the 2026 QX60 yet, but the 2025 model earned ratings of 22 mpg city, 28 mpg highway, and 24 mpg combined. When we get a chance, we’ll take the QX60 on our 75-mph highway fuel economy route and update this story with real-world test results. For more information about the QX60’s fuel economy, visit the EPA’s website.Interior, Comfort, and CargoEvery QX60 offers a three-row interior layout, which means space for up to seven passengers; the Sport and Autograph models come with second-row captain’s chairs, reducing passenger capacity to six. The luxed-up cabin is convincing, with posh materials used throughout and plenty of sound-deadening to provide solace from the outside world. Both front seats offer eight-way power adjustments as well as heat, but Infiniti also offers niceties such as ventilated front seats, a massage feature, and heated rear seats as options. Dual-zone automatic climate control is standard as well, and higher trim levels can be ordered with a three-zone system that also includes an air purifier. The Car and Driver DifferenceInfotainment and ConnectivityA 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system is standard on the QX60, and it features wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. A secondary 12.3-inch digital gauge display is standard, and a 10.8-inch head-up display is optional. All QX60s also come with onboard Wi-Fi. A nine-speaker stereo is standard, but buyers can also order a 16- or 20-speaker system tuned by Klipsch. How to Buy and Maintain a CarSafety and Driver-Assistance FeaturesA host of driver-assistance features are standard, with more high-tech items being offered as options, including an adaptive cruise control system that utilizes data from the QX60’s onboard navigation system to slow the vehicle in anticipation of upcoming curves in the road. For more information about the QX60’s crash test results, visit the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) websites. Key safety features include:
- Standard forward collision warning with automated emergency braking
- Standard lane-departure warning with lane-keeping assist
- Available adaptive cruise control with a lane-centering feature

- Limited warranty covers 4 years or 60,000 miles
- Powertrain warranty covers 6 years or 70,000 miles
- Complimentary maintenance is covered for 3 years or 30,000 miles.
